We are not satisfied with the industry standard of adding 20% to monthly rent, our renovations typically add 40-50% to existing rent.

We are relentless in reducing costs. We use technologies to monitor our utilities usage and nip issues at their buds. We hire attorneys to help us reduce property tax by 20%! We watch our expenses like a hawk!
